Ingredients
- 1 Box White Cake Mix
- 1 Box Pudding Mix
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 3 eggs

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves

1/2 cup MagicalButter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Gingerbread Cupcakes
- After pulling out Gingerbread men to cool lower oven to 325°F.
- Add your cupcakes liners to your cupcake tray.
- Add the cake mix and pudding mix to a large bowl. Add the dry spices in and mix to combine.
- Add the wet ingredients then whisk to combine.
- Once a smooth texture is reached and everything is incorporated add 2 tablespoons of mix to each cupcake liner. Using a 1 tablespoon scoop will help you to accurately measure.
- Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
Gingerbread Men
- In a small sauce pot mix together sugar molasses ginger allspice cinnamon and cloves. Stir occasionally until your mixture begins to boil.
- Add one stick of MagicalButter and stir until melted.
- After the butter has melted add 2 teaspoons of baking soda. This will cause your mixture to foam (this is normal). Stir then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Beat the egg in a separate bowl then add to foam mixture. Add flour and mix until is starts to form a dough. Remove dough from the mixing bowl and knead on a floured surface until completely mixed.
- Divide dough in half and wrap one half in plastic wrap while you work on the other half. Roll the dough to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut out in your favorite holiday shapes and bake at 350º Fahrenheit for 12 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- In a stand mixer combine the MagicalButter cream cheese and vanilla until it looks mixed.
- Add in powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until incorporated.
- Mix until creamy!
