- ½ cup caramelized onion

Directions
Reuben Egg Rolls
- Add all ingredients except egg roll wraps to a bowl and mix together well.
- Lay out an egg roll wrap on a non-stick surface then add about two tablespoons of your mix to the wrap.Lay out an egg roll wrap on a non-stick surface then add about two tablespoons of your mix to the wrap.
- Roll into the egg roll shape and seal with water or egg yolk.
- Heat neutral fry oil to 350°F then add in egg rolls a few at a time.
- Fry until golden brown then remove from oil and let dry on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
