Chipotle Butternut Bisque

Ingredients
- 1 Can chipotle chili
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Yellow onion
- 1 Butternut squash chopped
- 1 Celery rib
- 5 Cups stock
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice

⅛ Cup MagicalButter Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Pepita
Directions
- In a pan over medium heat cook onion until soft. About 5 minutes.
- Add squash celery onions and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add squash onion and celery to the Magical Butter Machine.
- Add stock OJ concentrate and oil.
- Set at 130 for 1 hour but remove after 20 min.
