Chipotle Butternut Bisque

Ingredients
  • 1 Can chipotle chili
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Yellow onion
  • 1 Butternut squash, chopped
  • 1 Celery rib
  • 5 Cups stock
  • 2 Tablespoons orange juice
  • ⅛ Cup MB Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Pepita
How To
  1. In a pan over medium heat cook onion until soft. About 5 minutes.
  2. Add squash, celery, onions, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Add squash, onion, and celery to the Magical Butter Machine.
  4. Add stock, OJ concentrate and oil.
  5. Set at 130 for 1 hour but remove after 20 min.
