Rainbow Crunch Cheesecake

  • 3 cups fruity cereal
  • ½ cup infused MagicalButter
  • ¼ tsp himalayan salt
  • 2 packages of cream cheese, 16 ounces
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
How To
  1. Place fruity cereal into large bowl and add MagicalButter.
  2. Mix thoroughly while lightly crushing cereal.
  3. Pour mixture into springform pan.
  4. Mold to form and place in refrigerator.
  5. In large bowl, place cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and heavy whipping cream together and mix with hand or stand mixer until smooth.
  6. Pour filling into pie mold.
  7. Cover and place in refrigerator for one hour or until set.
  8. Serve immediately after slicing.
